Blog 3. Song Choice.

The song we have chosen to do for this music video is called, Brush off by Andreas Fimbres. There were other songs that we thought of before choosing this song such as E.T by Katy Perry and Lady Gaga's song Monster. Both of these songs have really unique and interesting lyrics and they arn't specifically about love, whereas most songs are. We thought at first this would be a nice idea so that the music video we made wasn't about love and we could be more creative and experiment with ideas more.
In the end we didn't choose either of these songs because although the lyrics are unique and more interesting to do than an ordinary love song the lyrics are also very sexual and in Monster by Lady Gaga it has some swearing.
We chose Brush off by Andreas Fimbres because after listening to it several times and reading the lyrics we found that we could do so much in the music video for it becuase it is very vague, this would mean that we wouldn't nessassarily have to stick with the everyday love music video.
